Terms and Condition for the game development classes

1. Enrollment and Payment
      1.1. Full payment of the course fee must be completed prior to the start of the classes.
      1.2. The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the course.
      1.3. Payment confirms the student’s seat in the selected batch and agreement to these terms.

2. Batch Allocation and Changes
      2.1. Students must choose their preferred batch (Morning, Evening, or Weekend) during registration.
      2.2. Once a batch is assigned, it cannot be changed or transferred to another batch or session.
      2.3. The company reserves the right to reschedule or merge batches in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Attendance and Participation
      3.1. Students are expected to attend all classes and actively participate in assignments and projects.
      3.2. The company will not provide make-up classes or refunds for missed sessions.
      3.3. Failure to attend classes regularly may impact the student’s ability to complete the course and receive certification.

4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
      4.1. All course materials provided are for personal educational use only.
      4.2. Students are prohibited from reproducing, sharing, or distributing course materials without written consent from the company.
      4.3. Games and projects developed during the course may be used by the company for promotional purposes, with credit given to the student.

5. Student Conduct
      5.1. Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward instructors and peers.
      5.2. Any disruptive behavior, misconduct, or violation of class rules may result in immediate termination from the course without a refund.
      5.3. Recording or streaming of classes without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Technical Requirements
      6.1. Students are responsible for ensuring their devices meet the technical requirements for the course (e.g., hardware, software, internet connection).
      6.2. The company is not liable for technical issues, software malfunctions, or hardware damage experienced by the student.

7. Cancellation and Termination
      7.1. Once enrolled, students cannot withdraw from the course, and no refunds will be issued.
      7.2. The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice given to students.
      7.3. In the event of class cancellation by the company, students may opt for a full refund or enrollment in a future batch.

8. Certification and Internship Opportunities
      8.1. Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the course, provided the student meets attendance and performance criteria.
      8.2. Internship opportunities are subject to availability and student performance during the course.

9. Limitation of Liability
      9.1. The company is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during in-person sessions.
      9.2. The company does not guarantee specific job placements or outcomes following course completion.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
      10.1. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administrative and communication purposes.
      10.2. The company will not share personal data with third parties without the student’s consent, except as required by law.

11. Amendments to Terms
      11.1. The company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, with changes communicated to students.
      11.2. Continued participation in the course constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
